Why do the Yin Yoga Training?

Are you looking to slow down, connect more deeply with your practice, or share the restorative power of Yin with others?

This 60-hour Yin Yoga Immersion explores the art of Yin through the Traditional Chinese Meridian System, a practice of deep release, mindful awareness, and energetic balance. Whether you wish to begin teaching Yin Yoga or enrich your personal journey, this training will guide you through meditation, pranayama, and over 20 Yin postures designed to cultivate stillness, softness, and strength from within.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn to:

  • Integrate meditation, pranayama, and Yin postures into a complete practice.
  • Understand the Meridian System, and how energy flows through the body.
  • Create intelligent sequences based on seasons, elements, and organ systems.
  • Balance verbal guidance and silence, finding your teaching voice in stillness.

Grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern anatomy, this training provides both a personal transformation and a solid professional foundation for teaching Yin Yoga.
