Hot Pilates.

Achieve a strength with our Pilates classes – the art of controlled movement. Improve flexibility, strength, & control in a room heated up to 34°C.
Hot Pilates is offered as both 50 & 60 minute classes.

Pilates Burn is a full-body workout in a warm room (up to 30°C). It combines Pilates with cardio and muscle toning, using weights and core exercises.
