Structured to engage and challenge all levels of practice.

why do the functional anatomy training?

Our passionate & dedicated Movements team and Master Teacher Trainer, Julie Sceeny, take a look beyond where just the bones, muscles, and joint tissues are located within the body and what they do, and instead focus on the fundamentals of how and why those configurations work together to produce controlled movement.

Deep dive into the anatomical, kinesiological, and biomechanical aspects involved to explore the potential within the body.

This course is open to anyone looking to cultivate a greater understanding of the body, a refresher course for already certified Pilates and/or Yoga teachers, and/or offer as a pre-requisite to a more advanced Pilates teacher training program.
