Hot Pilates

STRENGTH & STAMINA

A beautiful, strong & long body posture is one of the goals of our Pilates classes. Pilates is the art of controlled movement. It improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body. The heated room can reach up to 34 degrees Celsius.

Pilates Burn

LEAN & MUSIC
Pilates Burn is a challenging full-body workout. A class that combines Pilates principles with cardio and muscle toning and is performed in a warm room. Weights and core fitness exercises will take your practice into an all-out session where you will feel (and work) all of your core muscles and beyond.
Increasing your strength, deepening your body awareness and sweating with a smile. An intense practice with options for your own fitness level. Room temperature can reach up to 30 degrees Celsius as a result.

Hot Pilates Flow

CORE STRENGTH & BALANCE

HOT Pilates Flow is a hot dynamic class that combines vinyasa flow yoga with mat Pilates, performed in a heated room of up to 32 degrees Celsius. The fast-paced flow, coupled with functional mat Pilates, promotes mobility, core strength, balance, and overall fitness.
