Martine first came into contact with barre in 2007 whilst living in the US with her family.
It was love at first sight, it was the perfect combination of her passion for ballet with a super focused and effective workout. Barre gave her strength, length and helped bring her body back to alignment. Up until this day, it is her daily form of meditation. Alongside barre, Martine completed the Stott Pilates Mat training in 2018.
Martine loves to teach, especially when she sees students come in with a smile and leave the class feeling stronger, energized and aligned.
